Awexia is on an exciting growth journey and is now looking for a business-driven Consulting Manager who wants to take our consulting business to the next level.

In this role, you will have a key position combining sales, leadership, and business development. You will build long-term customer relationships, develop our consultants, and drive growth in both existing and new markets.

About the role:

As Consulting Manager at Awexia, you will become a central part of our continued expansion. Our consulting operations are growing rapidly, both geographically and within new competence areas, and you will play a vital role in shaping our continued success.

You are responsible for the entire business, from recruitment and leadership to sales and customer development.

Your responsibilities

  • Recruit, lead, and develop consultants while ensuring high well-being, performance, and engagement.
  • Drive sales of Awexia's services to both new and existing customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships in new markets.
  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships with a focus on quality, results, and growth.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver accurate consulting solutions.
  • Contribute to Awexia's continued expansion into new geographical areas and competence segments.

The position is located in Stockholm with the possibility of hybrid work, and you will report directly to our Business Area Manager for Consulting & Interim.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who combines a strong business drive with a genuine interest in people and leadership. You thrive in a role where you create results through relationships, business, and team development.

We believe you have

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in sales within recruitment, consulting, or other qualified service sales.
  • Experience in personnel responsibility and leading consultants in assignments for external customers.
  • Documented good results in sales and business development.
  • Strong business acumen and a clear personal drive.
  • Very good communication skills and an ability to build trust-based relationships.

Experience from the staffing or consulting industry and an established network within the business community are meritorious.
