We are currently looking for a Procurement Lawyer for an exciting consulting assignment with a government agency in Stockholm. You will become part of a competent purchasing and procurement team where you work closely with both the business operations and other specialists to ensure legally secure and commercially sound procurements.

This role is ideal for you who want to combine qualified legal work with close collaboration with various stakeholders and are motivated by contributing to efficient and sustainable business practices.

• Handle procurement law issues and provide legal support to the business operations.

• Be responsible for contractual and procurement law aspects throughout the entire procurement process.

• Handle appeals and assist in the preparation of legal investigations and contract documents.

• Provide support in the creation of procurement documentation and ensure appropriate procurements.

• Participate in the execution of both complex procurements and simpler call-offs.

• Collaborate closely with the business operations, the procurement team, and other stakeholders.

• A law degree or a master's degree in business law.

• Clerkship or at least four years of experience as a public procurer or procurement lawyer.

• Experience in procurement work within a government agency.

• Good knowledge of the Swedish Public Procurement Act (LOU) and/or the Swedish Utilities Procurement Act (LUF).

Meritorious:

• Experience with negotiated procedures with prior advertising.

• Experience with IT procurements of on-premise solutions or cloud services.

• Experience with appeal processes, either as a representative or from the court.

You work in a structured manner, have a business-minded approach, and are motivated by delivering high quality. You communicate easily with different stakeholders and are eager to contribute your expertise to find sustainable and pragmatic solutions.

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Assignment Period: Until February 28, 2027, with the possibility of extension until February 2028.
