Are you studying HR or a related field and want to gain practical experience with onboarding and internal processes in an organization? MedHelp Care is looking for a part-time Office Manager with elements of HR administration.

About the role

This is a part-time consultancy assignment. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at MedHelp Care.

MedHelp Care is a SaaS company offering a platform for digital corporate health that helps companies reduce sick leave, create healthier employees, and foster healthier workplaces.

Responsibilities

As the Office Manager, you have overall responsibility for daily office services and create the conditions for a functional workday. At the same time, you are involved in parts of the company's HR administration and internal processes, such as onboarding and offboarding. You work closely with the operations and play a central role in keeping the practical and administrative aspects of the office together.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the office environment, including the kitchen, common areas, and meeting rooms
  • Ordering and handling office supplies, coffee, fruit, and catering
  • Handling mail, couriers, and deliveries
  • Coordinating fault reports and contact with suppliers such as cleaning companies and property owners
  • Supporting HR administrative processes related to onboarding/offboarding, such as mobile subscriptions and access rights

Education, experience, and personal qualities

Requirements:

  • You are studying at a post-secondary level and have at least 1 year remaining of your studies
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Good administrative skills and experience working in a structured manner

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role within office services, administration, or reception
  • Experience with HR administration, such as onboarding/offboarding
  • Experience working in a role where you identify needs yourself and drive tasks forward
  • Experience coordinating suppliers or handling orders

Additional information

Start date: Mid-August
Location: Vasastan, Stockholm
Salary: According to agreement
