El & Ljusdesign is part of a corporate group together with Modern Styrteknik and Configra. As part of the finance function, you will work with and support all three companies, giving you a varied role with broad insight into different operations within the installation, technology, and consulting industries.

We are now looking for an accountant who wants to become an important part of our finance function and work closely with our Finance Manager.

You will be responsible for the daily financial work in all three companies within the group and serve as a key support function for the operations. The role is broad and varied, and suits you if you thrive in a smaller organization where you get to work close to the business, take significant individual responsibility, and be involved in many different parts of the company.

Initially, you will relieve our Finance Manager of operational financial tasks. In the long term, there are good opportunities for development and gradually taking on greater responsibility as both you and the business grow.

Your main responsibilities:

• Continuous bookkeeping
• Customer and supplier accounts
• Bank and account reconciliations
• VAT and tax reporting
• Preparation for year-end closing
• Payroll administration and payroll-related tasks
• Financial administration for all companies in the group
• Support to operations in financial and administrative matters

There is also an opportunity to work more with budgeting, financial follow-up, and the development of the finance function in the long term.

Working hours: Office hours Monday - Friday
Scope: Full-time or as agreed

To succeed in the role, we believe you:

• Have a few years of experience in financial work.
• Are independent in continuous bookkeeping and accounting.
• Have experience with customer and supplier accounts, reconciliations, and VAT.
• Have experience with or an interest in payroll administration.
• Have worked in a small or medium-sized company where you had a broad financial function.
• Enjoy varied tasks and working close to the business.
• Speak and write Swedish fluently.

• Experience in project finance.
• Experience from the installation, contracting, construction, or technology industry.
• Experience in financial work across multiple companies or a group structure.
• Experience with business systems and digitalization of financial processes.
