The Special Selection Department at the Air Combat School is looking for an Administrator
The Special Selection Department is part of the Air Force Officer School (FBS) at the Air Combat School (LSS). At the Special Selection Department, psychologists, a coordinator, and a test leader work. The work mainly consists of selection for personnel categories where the Swedish Armed Forces need in-depth psychological assessments because the position or training places special demands.
We are now looking for an Administrator based in Stockholm.
Main Responsibilities
You are intended to support the manager and employees through your specialization in solving administrative tasks. The goal is to increase the efficiency of the operations by relieving managers and employees of administrative tasks and ensuring that these are handled in a coordinated and efficient manner.
Your tasks include, among other things:
- Support the department head with budgeting, economic follow-up, and reporting for the unit's operations
- Support the department head with the administrative tasks of the management support group
- Support employees with work time planning
- Be responsible for shift planning of working hours at the department
- Support psychologists with administration regarding psychological services
- Relieve the coordinators of administrative tasks
- Be responsible for the department's purchases, invoicing, and orders
- Be responsible for booking conferences and meetings and coordinating business trips within the department
- Support personnel introduction by handling permissions, access cards, and IT orders
- Be responsible for premises management and associated IT equipment and act as a contact point for garrison infrastructure in administrative matters
Qualifications
- You have completed upper secondary education with passing grades
- You have experience working as an administrator or in a corresponding position
- You have very good computer skills
- You have very good experience working in MS Office
- You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- You have a category B driver's license
Personal Qualities
You should have good cooperation skills and be service-oriented. You should find it easy to contact others and be able to offer help as well as ask for help. You should be self-reliant, take initiative, and it is good if you can handle many things at once. You should be structured and meticulous.
Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
Merits
- You have experience working in PRIO, VIDAR, and Reachmee
- You have experience working with classified information
- You have experience working in the Swedish Armed Forces or another government agency
- You have an interest in IT
