Do you want to work in a rapidly growing industry where technology meets customer experience? We are now looking for several customer service representatives for a role with a world-leading Swedish fintech company, based at our office in Stockholm.
This is a permanent full-time position (100 %).
Start date: July 20
💬 About the RoleIn this role, you handle incoming customer contacts and assist private individuals with questions related to payments and digital services, such as:
- 💳 Payments and transactions
- 🧾 Invoice inquiries
- 🔐 Account and security-related matters
- 📱 App and login support
- 💬 General customer support and guidance
You analyze the customer's situation and guide them to a solution in a clear, professional, and trustworthy manner.

⏰ Working HoursMonday–Friday: 08:00–20:00
Saturday–Sunday: 08:00–17:00
(Work is scheduled within our opening hours, e.g., 08:00–17:00)
💙 What We Offer You- 💵 Starting salary for the position is approx. 21,000 SEK per month, excluding any shift allowances (OB)
