For our client, we are currently looking for an interim Property Controller for Stockholm. The assignment is full-time with a planned start in August and runs until the turn of the year, with the possibility of extension.

About the assignment

We are now looking for an experienced Property Controller for an exciting consulting assignment with a municipal organization.

In this role, you will work with the development and quality assurance of infrastructure registers, as well as contribute to creating efficient and sustainable working methods within property economics and infrastructure accounting. The assignment involves close collaboration with the operations, with a focus on analyzing, improving, and quality-assuring processes and data.

Responsibilities

• Map and analyze existing infrastructure registers.
• Ensure data quality through controls, analyses, and quality assurance.
• Develop, implement, and follow up on routines for registration, changes, and reconciliations.
• Drive development and improvement work related to processes and system support.
• Collaborate with various operations and functions within the organization.
• Plan and conduct training sessions, and produce guiding materials and routines.

About you

We are looking for you who meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Education in economics or equivalent.
• Experience with component depreciation for properties.
• Experience in both strategic and operational work within property economics.
• Good knowledge of municipal accounting principles and current regulations.
• Experience working with large datasets or infrastructure registers.

It is meritorious if you also meet the following requirements:

• Experience in developing and implementing processes within infrastructure accounting.
• Experience from municipal or other public sector operations.
• Experience working in a politically governed organization.
• Experience with training initiatives and workshops.
