The Opportunity

We are looking for a Director to join our TMT team in Stockholm. In this role, you will hold a central position in developing our offering within Telecom, Media & Technology, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to profitable growth. This is an opportunity for you to combine sector expertise, business responsibility, and leadership in a role with clear accountability and significant impact.

Responsibilities

You will drive business development, sales, and delivery within TMT. You will lead complex customer engagements from planning to execution and act as a senior advisor to decision-makers at our clients. You will also contribute to developing the Stockholm team through coaching and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree
• Minimum 10–20 years of experience in the Telecom, Media, and Technology sector, with the majority of experience in management consulting
• Proven track record in proactive business development, sales, and customer account management
• Experience leading large-scale consulting deliveries, teams, and employee development
• Experience with large-scale transformation programs
• Established network within TMT in Sweden or the Nordics
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (verbal and written)
