Are you a structured, service-oriented, and solution-focused administrator who thrives in a varied role? We are now looking for a Project Administrator for an exciting assignment with one of our clients, starting in early September.

In this role, you will become an important part of the project team, responsible for supporting daily operations by providing administrative and operational assistance. You enjoy having many contact points, creating structure, and helping the team succeed.

• Resource planning and administrative coordination.

• Planning and support for kick-offs and events.

• Management and updating of documentation.

• Ordering minor materials and purchases.

• Receiving and handling deliveries.

• Providing administrative and operational support to the project team.

• Are service-oriented, flexible, and unpretentious.

• Have good organizational skills and work in a structured manner.

• Enjoy supporting others and take initiative.

• Are solution-oriented and enjoy varied tasks.

• Have previous experience in administrative work (meritorious).
