Imera AB is now launching a new LSS group home in Östhammar in a newly built property and is looking for a night support worker for awake nights. With us, you will be involved from the start and contribute to creating a safe, stable, and professional operation for individuals with complex needs.

About the Role

As night staff, you work awake nights and are responsible for the safety and security of the residence during the night.

The work involves, among other things:

• Ensuring safety and structure during the night
• Providing support based on individual implementation plans
• Handling unforeseen situations with calmness and professionalism
• Documenting according to current routines
• Working independently with responsibility for the operation at night

The shifts are scheduled throughout the week, covering all days.

About You

We are looking for someone who is secure, stable, and has a professional attitude – especially important when working alone at night.

Requirements

• Relevant education (e.g., Care and Nursing Program or Vocational Higher Education in social pedagiatrics/psychiatry)
• Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Valid B-class driver's license
• Experience working within care services (minimum 2–4 years)

Merits

• Specialized training in psychiatry or neuropsychiatry
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or similar
• Experience working with NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) or mental health issues

• Workplace: Imera's group home in Östhammar
• An extract from the criminal record and suspicion register for residential care is required before employment
