We are now looking for a therapist to join our team!

Our target group consists of boys aged 15–20 with substance abuse issues. We are located just outside Tärnsjö, in a rural and beautiful environment with walking distance to swimming, fishing, football fields, mini-golf, and more. We are lucky to have our own housekeeper, and we organize educational meals.

We are looking for staff with a two-year post-secondary education in care and nursing to join a stable team with the same focus and goal: to offer each individual safe and high-quality care and treatment. At our facility, relationship building starts on day one!

You will receive a thorough introduction. The role includes, among other things, daily and weekly planning, leading groups, staying updated on the youths' FAS tasks and materials, and conducting contact person meetings based on the youth's needs and focus areas.

Everything we do is documented in our journal system. You must be able to read, write, and speak fluent Swedish.

As a person, you are calm and secure, have an education in social work, and enjoy building relationships. If you are active in various sports or activities yourself, it is a plus. A driver's license is a must.
