Childcare Worker / Resource Pedagogue (Part-time)

LiCa Preschools is a privately owned preschool organization with seven preschools in Björklinge and Uppsala. Swedenborg Preschool is one of these seven, located at Swedenborgsgatan 57 in Svartbäcken. Swedenborg Preschool is a smaller preschool with two departments for children aged 1–6 years. For us, it is important that it is you who joins us. The team chemistry is important to us, and we want you to appreciate and feel at home with us.

At our preschool, Swedenborg Preschool, we are looking for someone who:

• is educated as a childcare worker
• has worked as a childcare worker, resource pedagogue, or teaching assistant
• has experience working with children in need of special support

It is important to us to be present in the moment with the children. We base our activities on the children's interests and involve them in their own development process. We work with pedagogical documentation using the web-based tool Unikum.

Our goal areas, created based on the Swedish National Curriculum for the Preschool, frame our pedagogical work. The environment is important at LiCa Preschools; it should be aesthetic and pedagogically appealing to both children and adults. Together with the children, we stage the pedagogical environment.
