About Humbla
Humbla works with supported housing for young people, family home care within LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), residential support, and open care. We have offices in Uppsala, Fruängen, Sollentuna, Gävle, and Rimbo.
In Uppsala, Humbla has strengthened its supported housing program for young people aged 16–20. We work individually with each young person living in their own apartment, with access to staff around the clock.
We are primarily looking for someone who can work as an on-call sleeping duty staff member at our supported housing in Uppsala during the summer. The shift starts at 16:00. The sleeping duty period is between 24:00–07:00, and you finish work at 10:00 the following day.

Your Responsibilities
As a youth coach, you support and guide young people in their daily lives.
Each young person has their own youth coach who works based on the individual's specific needs. This may include help with daily routines, schoolwork, household economy, relationships, and personal well-being.
You contribute to making a difference and work actively to ensure the organization achieves its set goals.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications
We are looking for someone with post-secondary education equivalent to treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, or another comparable education.
You have at least 3 years of experience working with children and young people with mental health issues and substance abuse problems.
Further training in Criminality Program, Relapse Prevention, Motivational Interviewing, A-CRA, RePulse, and CBT is advantageous.
A valid driver's license (Category B) is required, as well as good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. You must be able to document cases independently and write materials for monthly reports.
Personal Qualities
Great importance is placed on personal suitability. You are confident and have a good ability to handle various types of situations, as well as the ability to meet individuals based on their conditions and needs.
You have good teamwork skills, are engaged, patient, and flexible, and have a good ability to create involvement and inclusion.
