Educated Childcare Worker for Äventyret Preschool in Uppsala

C Företaget Barnomsorg/ABC Barnomsorg AB is looking for an educated childcare worker with a few years of experience for Äventyret Preschool in Uppsala. The preschool is located in Valsätra, Lievägen 1, and has spaces for 43 children in age-segregated groups. We offer playful learning where every child feels successful. Our work is based on the Swedish National Curriculum for the Preschool (Lpfö 18), and we plan activities based on the children's interests, needs, and experiences.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are educated as a childcare worker. As a person, we see that you are flexible, positive, and curious in your approach to work. You have the desire to continue learning and developing in your professional role. You see opportunities instead of limitations and have a good ability to build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Your Responsibilities

You will be part of a team consisting of preschool teachers and childcare workers, where you complement and inspire each other. Together, you plan, implement, and reflect on the activities. You work actively to create an stimulating and developmental environment where the child is at the center. You must be well-versed in the preschool curriculum and will work according to our guiding documents, values, and equal treatment plan. In consultation with your colleagues, you have the ability to adapt and prioritize your work methods according to the needs of the activity and the best interests of the children.

Working within C Företaget/ABC Barnomsorg means being involved and close to various decision-making processes. You have the opportunity to shape and develop the preschool activities together with your colleagues. We provide work clothes (outerwear) as well as a wellness allowance.

The position is a permanent full-time (100%) employment or according to agreement, with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Start date: ASAP or according to agreement.
