Together with your team of dedicated colleagues, such as treatment coordinators and psychologists, you have the opportunity to achieve good results and contribute to change. The tasks are varied and based on the young people's individual goals according to care plans and implementation plans. In addition to the treatment work, you play a major role in stability and security by supporting the young people with school attendance, cleaning, cooking, meaningful activities, and more. Working shifts cover 24-hour periods, with significant time off in between. Opportunities for further education and competence development are available.

Qualifications
