Teacher for After-School Centre – Bosgårdsskolan, Mölndal

In the City of Mölndal, we are proud to have Sweden's most important job, where we together create the best possible everyday life for our citizens. With knowledge, courage, and creativity, we develop our operations and contribute to making Mölndal an even better place to live and work in. Come and make a difference in people's everyday lives every day!

Bosgårdsskolan is a school for grades F-3 with approximately 270 students, located in central Mölndal with easy access to nature and simple connections to the city centre. Here at Bosgårdsskolan, we are a tightly knit group of staff working together to make a difference in our students' school days. We strive to create a positive and inclusive school environment where everyone feels included, and we would be glad if you, as an applicant, share the same commitment.

We work with the PALS model (Positive Behaviour, Learning Environment, and Interaction) to create a safe and positive environment where all students can thrive and develop. The model is based on research and is used in thousands of schools worldwide. With us, PALS is about laying a stable foundation for safety and interaction. Through clear expectations, common rules, and a positive approach, we help students understand what is expected of them, creating calm and structure in everyday life.

In the School Administration of the City of Mölndal, we work every day to create the best conditions for the development and lifelong learning of children and students. With approximately 2,000 dedicated employees and 12,000 children and students in our operations, we are Mölndal's largest administration – and a hub for future education. Here, you become part of a curious, courageous, and solution-focused organization where innovation is encouraged and the child's best interest always comes first.
