The Southern Principal's Area is located south of Falköping and consists of Vartoftaskolan F-6, Kinnarpsskolan F-6, and Åsarpsskolans F-6.

What can we offer you?

We offer you a fixed-term part-time position as a student assistant during the autumn semester of 2026, with the possibility of extension. We prefer that you have a background as a nursing assistant (undersköterska). Depending on your qualifications, previous experience, and the needs of the operation, the content and scope of work can be discussed. Further information will be provided during the interview.

What are we looking for in you?

We prioritize both learning and the development of social competence in our students. The key words for the school and after-school center are Safety, Participation, and Learning (TDL). We have good access to digital tools and other aids to meet the needs of all students for optimal learning. The school values collaboration and joy within and between the work teams for grades F-3 and 4-6, as well as the after-school center. In student health work, we use the EHM model (Student Health Meeting), which contributes to everyone's participation in working with our students.

We are looking for an engaged and enthusiastic student assistant/pedagogue. As a person, you are structured and have a good ability to organize and plan activities around your student. You enjoy working collegially and in teams to develop students' abilities and knowledge, and you have good relationship-building skills with students and guardians. Experience working with visual supports and digital aids is meritorious. Experience within NPF/Autism Spectrum is also considered an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

If you are offered employment, you must present a current extract from the National Police Board's record of convictions for work in schools or preschools in Sweden (RPS 442.5 2008-06-18/1). You can find the current form on the Police website.
