Job Description

Work within our team with students requiring special instruction, both individually and in groups. We place great emphasis on collaboration, and you will be part of a work team focused on the students' academic as well as personal development. The workday may change quickly depending on the needs of the operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience working in grades 7-9 in primary school with children/students facing various difficulties. You need to be interested in supporting students and colleagues in all matters, as well as collaborating with guardians, student health services, and school management. You must be sensitive and flexible regarding the specific needs of the students and the operations.

You should also have good computer skills, be open to new working methods, and be able to work individually as well as together with teachers and other staff. You have good structure in your work and systematically evaluate and improve your interventions yourself. You are also expected to create motivation and curiosity among students through a positive and trusting view of people. You have high expectations for development at both group and individual levels and support each student in their development. Previous work and/or education with students and young people with neurodevelopmental disorders (ND) is particularly meritorious.

Employment Terms

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3-6 months, start date: 2026-08-10.

To begin working in preschool, school, after-school centers, and other pedagogical activities, you are required to show an extract from the criminal record. The extract is valid for one year and can be ordered from the National Police Board (www.polisen.se (https://www.polisen.se)).

Anyone who has not shown an extract from the criminal record cannot be employed, engaged, or admitted to the operations according to current legal requirements.
