Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a teacher to teach our students in grades 7-9 in Swedish/Swedish as a Second Language. You will be part of the SV/SVA team, working in a three-teacher system with grades 7-9. You will belong to the school's working group for grades 7-9 and also serve as a mentor for approximately 12 students.

As a teacher at Kvibergsskolan, you will work in various teams focusing on students, planning, and assessment. We are looking for someone who is change-oriented, has a holistic view of leadership, and enjoys interdisciplinary, thematic, and innovative work. Qualifications

A requirement for the position is that you have a teaching license with eligibility in Swedish and Swedish as a Second Language for grades 7-9. It is meritorious if you are also eligible in Physical Education and Health or if you speak Mandarin. We value multilingualism, so speaking a language other than Swedish and English is a plus.

You are a responsible and change-oriented teacher with a passion for teaching, always keeping the student's learning at the center. You have strong belief in every student's ability to succeed and enjoy participating in collegial learning to improve teaching quality. You consciously adapt content and methods to each student's needs and have a strong commitment to developing teaching practices.

You build good relationships with students, which is crucial for safety and study environment. Your teaching includes all students, and you are willing to constantly review your methodology to meet the group's needs. You are curious, unpretentious, and eager to develop the school's vision together with us. Together, we create a learning environment where both you and the students can grow!
