We are now looking for a student support assistant (elevresurs) for a student on the Natural Resources Program.
The duties involve following the current student throughout the entire school day, supporting the student in daily work, being available during changes and transitions, and working individually with the student when needed. You prepare the student for changes and create a sense of security in new environments. You must be able to communicate and collaborate continuously with teachers, mentors, school management, special education teachers, and guardians, where support is designed and followed up on in cooperation. You are a secure adult who navigates smoothly in the classroom and can also be available to other students if space allows.
You are a person who is sensitive, relationship-building, and has problem-solving skills. It is an advantage, but not a requirement, that you have worked with similar tasks previously. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and personal chemistry with the student in question, as this is crucial for success in the role.
Scope: 60%
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: Start date: 2026-08-16 or as agreed. End date: 2027-06-10.
