About the role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of Husqvarna for an Administrator in Material Compliance who wishes to be an important part of the global Product Compliance team. The role involves broad administrative support to ensure that products meet global legal requirements, with a focus on accuracy, communication, and data coordination. In this role, you will work on reconciling product calendars and handling legislative reporting for chemicals within the EU, as well as coordination, reporting, follow-up, and documentation. You will be part of a chemical team of three people, where you, together with the rest of the department of 20 people, monitor product legislation globally.

We would like you to be a communicative and cooperative person with a keen eye for detail. You thrive working with large datasets, have the ability to see patterns, and enjoy the daily interaction with internal stakeholders. As the work environment is international, the majority of the work is conducted in English.

Responsibilities

  • Administer recurring activities related to Material Compliance in various projects.
  • Follow up on process steps and coordinate necessary input for ongoing reporting.
  • Support reporting processes for substances, such as SCIP reporting and Article 33.
  • Structure and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance and internal decisions.
  • Relieve product specialists by handling administrative tasks and daily coordination.
  • Assist with administration regarding risk assessments and tests to ensure materials meet current requirements.
  • Handle, analyze, and prepare materials for audits, as well as follow up that any issues are resolved and documented.

We are looking for you who

  • Have advanced knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
  • Have documented experience in administrative work or coordination.
  • Have the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
  • Are accustomed to working with large datasets.
  • Have the ability to work independently even in situations with unclear frameworks.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Good knowledge of Swedish.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • A post-secondary education in chemistry, environmental science, materials technology, or equivalent.
  • Previous work in a similar area, such as chemical management, product legislation, or Material Compliance.
