Do you want to work in an organization where finance meets innovation and future technology? We are now looking for an engaged Financial Assistant for a long-term consulting assignment.

About the assignment

As a Financial Assistant, you will belong to an experienced and helpful team where you will have a central role in the daily management of accounts payable. You will work in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and actively contribute to creating efficient and high-quality financial processes.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Handling, reviewing, and booking supplier invoices

  • Ensuring correct flow and follow-up within accounts payable

  • Identifying improvement opportunities and contributing with efficiency proposals

  • Problem-solving related to invoice handling and financial processes

  • Escalation of deviations and follow-up of cases

  • Collaboration with different parts of the business to ensure high quality in processes

We are looking for you who

We would like you to have:

  • Basic financial education and/or experience working with accounts payable

  • Good understanding of financial flows and administrative processes

  • Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Experience with Agresso or similar financial systems

Assignment period: Start September, min. 6 months Application
