Do you want to work in an organization where finance meets innovation and future technology? We are now looking for an engaged Financial Assistant for a long-term consulting assignment.

About the assignmentAs a Financial Assistant, you will belong to an experienced and helpful team where you will have a central role in the daily management of accounts payable. You will work in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and actively contribute to creating efficient and high-quality financial processes.
Your main responsibilities:
Handling, reviewing, and booking supplier invoices
Ensuring correct flow and follow-up within accounts payable
Identifying improvement opportunities and contributing with efficiency proposals
Problem-solving related to invoice handling and financial processes
Escalation of deviations and follow-up of cases
Collaboration with different parts of the business to ensure high quality in processes

We would like you to have:
Basic financial education and/or experience working with accounts payable
Good understanding of financial flows and administrative processes
Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
Experience with Agresso or similar financial systems
