Finance Assistants for assignments in Linköping and Gothenburg

On behalf of our client, we are looking for finance assistants to strengthen their finance departments in both Linköping and Gothenburg. You will be employed as a consultant by us at Sententia Recruitment & Consulting and offered a developmental assignment on-site at our client's premises.

The consulting assignment starts upon agreement, is full-time for six months, with good opportunities for extension.

Main Responsibilities

As a finance assistant, you will work broadly within finance, with a primary focus on accounts payable, handling bank accounts regarding incoming and outgoing payments, and account reconciliations. This role is suitable for you who enjoy having many contacts and want to take personal responsibility and initiative. The company's processes are constantly evolving, and we welcome your contributions to streamline and improve working methods and routines.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is social, service-oriented, and meticulous. You are self-assured, driven, and equally adept at collaborating with others as you are working independently. You are ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved where needed. Strong skills in creating structure, order, and clarity are essential for this role.

We seek candidates with approximately two years of experience in a similar role, specifically working with accounts payable. A minimum of a high school diploma in economics is required. Good knowledge of Excel and fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing are required.
