We are now looking for an HR Partner for NAISS, someone who wants to develop in their role and help us find new ways of working to support the organization on a national level!
About the Job
You will work at one of LiU's centers of excellence with a national mandate. NAISS is the largest and most utilized research infrastructure in Sweden. We offer qualified and decentralized support through our branches across the country.
As an HR Partner with us, you will have a varied and exciting assignment where you are a key person in supporting managers in all HR processes, such as employment terms, work environment, change management, health promotion, rehabilitation, and recruitment. Your days will include both operational and strategic work. With us, you get the chance to independently shape and ensure professional and efficient HR support. You will primarily support NAISS managers and leadership, but also all employees at LiU and other universities in Sweden.
You drive HR processes based on the organization's needs. As an HR Partner, you are also part of a larger network at the university and participate together with the university's central HR department and other HR colleagues in developing and implementing university-wide processes and routines within the HR area. We are looking for someone who is attracted to working in a complex organization where you often need to navigate multifaceted issues. In your daily work, you encounter both large and small questions, and you should enjoy working with both administrative and operational HR issues as well as developing overarching HR processes.
About You
We are looking for you who have an academic degree from a university education with a focus on HR/personnel or equivalent, as well as several years of experience in broad HR work in a generalist role, preferably in a larger, complex, and distributed organization.
You are relationship-building, develop long-term collaborations with managers, colleagues, and employees, and can adapt your communication according to the situations and people you meet. You act with good judgment and can weigh together and take into account several different factors in your decisions. You are secure and stable and have the ability to understand the operations and act proactively from its perspective. You are self-reliant and structure your approach independently and drive your processes forward. It is important that you have good ability to communicate in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
Experience of working with recruitment within a government agency or with recruiting technical competencies at an international level is meritorious.
Your Workplace
You will work at NAISS, which today consists of 54 employees, in close collaboration with your colleagues in the administrative unit. The unit includes economists, administrators, communicators, and other staff functions. Your direct manager will be the NAISS Division Director, who is also the Unit Manager for the administrative unit.
About the Employment
Permanent position, full-time 100%.
The position is that of an HR Partner.
Start date: ASAP or as agreed.
The position may be subject to security classification. If so, a security investigation with register check will be conducted before a decision on employment is made.
