Description

Our client in Finspång is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a role within an international and technology-intensive organization. The recruitment function plays a central role in ensuring the right competencies for continued growth, innovation, and development. You will become part of an environment characterized by advanced technology, international collaboration, and a strong focus on future solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine operational recruitment with strategic advisory and data-driven analysis. You will work closely with the business and contribute insights that support both short-term recruitment needs and long-term workforce planning.

Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you are responsible for driving recruitment processes from needs analysis to hiring in close collaboration with hiring managers. You act as a consultant throughout the process, ensuring that recruitment efforts maintain high quality and are aligned with the business's goals and competency requirements.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to define requirement profiles and recruitment strategies, and contribute analyses of the labor market, competitive landscape, and historical recruitment data. The role also involves actively working to identify and attract broad and inclusive candidate pools, as well as contributing to a positive experience for both candidates and managers. Furthermore, you are expected to stay updated on developments within recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning to provide relevant recommendations and improvement proposals.

QualificationsRequirements
  • Experience working in Talent Acquisition, either in-house, at a recruitment agency, or within an RPO organization.

  • Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English.

  • Documented ability to build and develop relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting, analyzing, and presenting data.

  • Experience in delivering a high-quality candidate and customer experience throughout the entire recruitment process.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting within larger international or technology-intensive organizations.

  • Experience with workforce planning, talent intelligence, or data-driven recruitment advisory.

  • Experience working with diversity and inclusion issues within recruitment.

Conditions

The work is performed on-site in Finspång.

Employment level: 100 percent (40 hours per week).

Duration: Start date according to agreement. The assignment covers a temporary consulting role or replacement need during 2026.
