RSU-Järva currently consists of three different groups: Södra and Norra, which focus on grades 4–6, and the group Järva 7–9 for older students. Currently, the groups consist of approximately 10 students from different schools and about 5 staff members per group with various competencies. By autumn 2026, there will be 2 groups (4–6 and 7–9) both located in the same premises in Akalla.

Students attending an RSU group (Regional Special Educational Group) are placed there by their home school for a limited period.

We are now looking for a staff member for the 4–6 group, which operates in premises near Akalla Primary School.

In addition to teaching the students, the role includes supporting students throughout the entire school day and acting as their mentor. The goal is to create good opportunities for students' learning and development, both academically and socially, together with other pedagogues.

Collaboration within the work group is important, as is the ability to adapt and be flexible. It is important to be open to trying new ways of teaching and working to meet the students' needs.

A prerequisite for success is building good relationships with students and their guardians.

  • You have good collaboration skills and can build good relationships with guardians and other external actors.
