Description

Våmhus School with a leisure centre (fritidshem) is located approximately 15 km from central Mora. The school has approximately 120 students. The school is surrounded by nature, with an outdoor environment that invites play, learning, and movement. The leisure centre has its own premises and access to the school's sports hall. The team at the leisure centre consists of one leisure centre teacher and two childcare assistants.

Responsibilities

As a pedagog at Våmhus leisure centre, you will participate in the activities at the leisure centre and serve as a resource for the school.

Qualifications

• You have upper secondary education (gymnasial utbildning).
• You have experience working at a leisure centre and in a school setting.
• You have good knowledge and experience regarding NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders).
• You have the ability to build secure relationships.
• You master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
• You are a clear leader.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working at a leisure centre and as a resource in a school.
• A relational, sensitive, and clear pedagogical leadership style, with the ability to motivate and create learning environments based on students' needs.

Skills

• Ability to create good relationships.
• Ability to motivate students.
• Ability to achieve results in relation to set goals.
• Being a good leader.
