Then we have a position for you. We are now looking for an engaged and secure colleague for the municipality's outpatient care regarding harmful substance use and violence in close relationships. Here, you will work in a context where collaboration, respect, and development are at the center – with people's change work in focus.

Job Description

In the role of therapist, you work with support and treatment interventions for adults living with harmful substance use or addiction, as well as those who are victims or perpetrators of violence in close relationships. The work is carried out both individually and in groups and includes motivational work, counseling, supportive conversations, and treatment interventions.

You work closely with colleagues within social services, healthcare, and other collaboration partners to create sustainable solutions for the individual. You are part of a team that works together to coordinate interventions, allocate resources, and ensure that support is tailored to the individual's needs. You are expected to contribute to the development of the operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience working with harmful substance use, addiction, and/or violence in close relationships.
• Have a university degree, e.g., social work education, social/behavioral science education, or other education that we assess as suitable for the position.
• Have knowledge of methods such as MI (Motivational Interviewing), relapse prevention, FREDA, or similar.

If you have previously worked with co-occurring disorders, group therapy, or honor-related violence and oppression, this is an advantage. To thrive in the role, it is important that you take responsibility for your tasks, want to contribute to change and development of our mission.
