About the position
Personal assistance is a support measure under the LSS Act (Act concerning Support and Service for Certain Functionally Impaired People). As a personal assistant, your main task will be to help the customer with everyday issues and basic needs. Your work involves protecting the customer's self-determination and integrity, contributing to a smooth daily routine. Each assistance assignment is uniquely adapted to the customer's life, so tasks may vary depending on the workplace.
The customer's individual needs dictate the workday. Tasks may include assistance with mobility, personal care, training, communication, as well as household chores and activities both inside and outside the home.

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is empathetic, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is crucial that there is good personal chemistry between you and the customer.
We are currently looking for you who fits the following criteria:

Working hours, employment percentage, and salary
The current form of employment is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment percentage of 70–90%. Working hours vary and are scheduled during the day, evening, and night, with active hours around the clock. All shift types will be available to work according to the schedule.
Fixed hourly wage as agreed, and other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.
The start date for the position is August 1st, but we would prefer if you could start the introduction period before then.
