Preschool Teacher for Förskolan Slättaskogen!

Slättaskogen Preschool is located in the Slättan area, close to both forest and nature. The preschool consists of six departments, and home-cooked meals are served daily by our two chefs.

Slättaskogen Preschool collaborates closely with the other three preschools in the area, creating good opportunities for collegial learning, experience sharing, and joint development.

Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher with us, you help create an inspiring learning environment where children's interests and questions guide the content of the education. You work project-based together with colleagues, documenting, reflecting, and continuously developing the operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed preschool teacher.
• Has good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in an exploratory and curious approach to work. You are engaged in your role and driven by the desire to develop together with children, colleagues, and the organization as a whole. You have good teamwork skills and see the work team as an important resource for creating a safe, educational, and developmental environment. Furthermore, you are receptive and have the ability to capture children's thoughts, ideas, and expressions, letting them be a natural part of the development of the operations.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience working as a preschool teacher.
• Experience working with Unikum.
• Previous experience working with Positive Behavior Support (PBS).
• Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia philosophy and project-based working methods.

Terms of Employment

Permanent full-time position. Start date according to agreement.
