We are now looking for a Study and Career Advisor to perform the "Career Guidance" service on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). Are you an engaged Study and Career Advisor? Then Ability is ready to collaborate with you to create a better world!
The Study and Career Advisor is responsible for the cohesive guidance process for the individual, conducting mapping interviews and individual guidance sessions. The goal is to create a well-thought-out career plan for each unique participant in the program.
As a colleague, you will work closely with Ability's experienced leaders and staff to create a safe and supportive work environment. You will have the opportunity to develop and reach a high level of competence within the role, and you will be part of an extensive network that spans the entire country.

Background
You have a degree as a Study and Career Advisor. Experience in career guidance, mentoring/coaching, career transition work, or similar is a plus but not a requirement. However, great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, previous experience, and good references.
