This includes preschool, primary school, adapted primary school, and individual and family care. A conscious quality effort to continuously develop and improve work with children and young people is common to all operations.

Work within the after-school center will occur.

It is important that you are perceived by the students as a stable person who is secure in yourself and can handle different students' personalities and expressions.

You are flexible by adapting your actions to the situation and different needs that arise. You can collaborate with colleagues, students, and guardians.
