Part-time Leisure-time Supervisor with 1-year Fixed-term Contract sought at Noblaskolan Saltsjö-Boo

Noblaskolan Saltsjö-Boo is a preschool and primary school with high ambitions and a language profile. We currently have approximately 900 students in primary school and 70 children in preschool. Through good relationships and high expectations for both staff and students, we work together to achieve our vision – Engagement, joy, and learning in a safe environment. The school is located in the natural surroundings of Tollare in Saltsjö-Boo and offers an outdoor environment that invites active play.

Your Role

Do you want to help create a safe and stimulating environment for children and young people? At Noblaskolan Saltsjö-Boo, we are now looking for an engaged and responsible leisure-time supervisor who wants to be part of our team at the lower primary level (grades 1-3) for 50% during the afternoons.

Qualifications

You are a clear and secure person in your professional role, creating structure and stability for the students. You work with an inclusive and respectful approach and have a strong commitment to the students' development. You have good knowledge of the curriculum and use it actively in your work. You take responsibility for your tasks, are solution-oriented, and thrive in an environment where the operations are developed together on a scientific basis and proven experience.

About the Position

As a leisure-time supervisor with us, you will have the opportunity to work in a creative and developing environment where children's learning and well-being are in focus. During leisure time, you are a key part of leading the leisure activities forward by creating safe relationships and contributing to a positive leisure time for our students. The position is a one-year fixed-term contract at half-time (50%). Your working hours will be approximately 13:00–17:00 every afternoon with Grade 2.

• Has a great interest in children's development and learning.

As a leisure-time supervisor, you work closely with your colleagues in your work team. Together with the other leisure-time teachers and supervisors at the school, you will lead the leisure activities forward. You will have dedicated planning time per week for this purpose. You will belong to Grade 2 at the lower primary level, and we work with grade-specific leisure departments. However, we collaborate significantly across departments in the afternoons as we have joint meetings, plan certain activities, and celebrate holidays together.

We offer a one-year fixed-term contract at half-time with a start date in early August 2026.
