Join our team of personal assistants – Starting August/September

After the summer, one of our clients is moving into their own apartment, which means we are looking for a new team player for our team of personal assistants starting in August/September! To fit the role, we prefer that you are a woman with strong empathetic skills and have gathered some work-life experience as well as life experience. You will learn the job through an introduction (during daytime), but if you have experience with, for example, tube feeding and transfers using a ceiling hoist, that is of course a bonus.

The most important thing is that you are patient, socially outgoing, and able to work independently according to established routines – since the young woman you will be assisting has limited capacity for work leadership. For the same reasons, you need to have fluent Swedish, both in speech and writing. If you are also interested in music, that is an extra plus!

The work will primarily take place in the evenings, starting as early as 15:30, and during night shifts (with 6 hours of on-call sleeping duty) until approx. 08:00. The schedule can be arranged in dialogue with you, but we prefer that you work around 75% (i.e., 30 hours/week on average) and that we establish a good long-term collaboration. Some double assistance occurs, and weekend work is not currently requested. Good transport connections to/from work, including the Green Line, commuter train, and subway, are available in the vicinity.

The introduction is planned for the second half of August (after holidays), and employment interviews are conducted on a rolling basis.
