Funkisgruppen and Satin offer interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS), as well as placements in supported housing and sheltered housing. We operate in Stockholm, Mälardalen, and Skåne, with our headquarters in Solna.

About the Position

Do you want to make a difference in people's daily lives? We are now looking for dedicated escorts and substitutes for assignments around the Stockholm area.

Escort Service
As an escort, you support individuals with functional impairments in participating in activities outside the home and help prevent isolation. You become a support and an inspiring companion in everyday life.

We are currently looking for escorts for several youths and adults who want to go out and be active. Activities can include, for example:

• Going to the cinema
• Gym training
• Visiting a swimming pool
• Going for walks or finding other activities

You are an active person who likes to take initiative and motivate others. Together with the client, you plan fun and meaningful activities.

Substitute Service
As a substitute, you support families by temporarily relieving relatives in their caregiving duties. The assignments usually involve children, but also adults who continue to live at home.

The work takes place primarily in the home, but also in the local area. You might, for example:

• Help with simple meal preparations
• Activate and play
• Provide supervision and security
• Assist with certain personal care tasks

The collective agreement for the Healthcare and Treatment Industry and Care Industry (E) between Vårdföretagarna and Kommunal applies to the tasks.

What We Are Looking For:

• You have a genuine interest in people
• You are responsible and engaged
• You are initiative-taking and flexible
• You have the ability to see opportunities and provide pedagogical support
• You are accustomed to using a computer as a work tool
• You master Swedish in speech and writing, as social documentation is an important part of your work
• Experience within LSS and SoL is an advantage

Certificate of Conduct

Upon employment, we will request a certificate of conduct before you start working. You order the certificate according to LSS from the police yourself.

Working Hours: Part-time (10–20 hours/week). The work primarily involves evening and weekend shifts.

Start Date: Immediately.
