About the position
At Olivia, we are looking for you who want to work as a Personal Assistant at 25–45% for our client in Nacka and Tyresö. Working hours may vary, including awake nights, sleeping on-call shifts, as well as day and evening shifts. This includes both weekdays and weekends.
Start date is by agreement, and we would be happy if you could start the introduction immediately.

Things to consider before applying:
A prerequisite for starting employment at Olivia is that you can present a valid ID and submit a tax certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the tax certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.
Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
