About the Role

You will work together with a happy and active man who uses a wheelchair. The position involves being a support in everyday life – everything from creating structure and routines to accompanying him on various activities. You will become part of a team where good communication and collaboration are central.

Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and night according to a rotating schedule. The position is between 25–50%.

Example of working hours:

• 08:15–16:00
• 16:00–08:15

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is:

• Responsible and structured
• Receptive and empathetic
• Accustomed to collaborating and comfortable following clear routines
• Comfortable with Swedish in both speech and writing

Previous experience in similar work is an advantage – but the most important thing is the right personality and attitude.
