About the position
Bonzi is looking for a personal assistant for night shifts (awake nights) for our female client in Rosersberg. You will support the client in daily life and contribute to safety and quality of life through care, household chores, activities, and transfers.
Working hours:
Awake night shift from 20:30 to 07:30. Shifts include both weekdays and weekends.
About the client
A cheerful and active young woman with epilepsy and breathing difficulties who needs assistance around the clock. She communicates through sounds and facial expressions, which requires patience and attentiveness. She enjoys music, games, swimming, horse riding, and other activities, but also needs time for calm and relaxation.
Assistive devices
The work involves the use of various assistive devices, such as lifting aids, breathing aids, and other medical technical devices in daily life.
We are looking for you who
You are flexible, proactive, and view the work from a long-term perspective. You have personal maturity and collaborate well with others, as double assistance is provided around the clock. As a person, you are empathetic, socially aware, solution-focused, proactive, and reliable.

1 position at 75% (awake night) plus 2 hourly replacements who are flexible and can work varying hours – day, evening, and awake night. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
Salary:
We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.
Things to consider before applying:

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you wish to work with children and young people under 18, you need to provide a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). It is important to order the extracts well in advance, as the Police's processing time may vary. Due to a legislative change from March 1, 2026, the register control is expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register.
