We are currently looking for substitutes as personal assistants for a client with an MS diagnosis. The role involves helping with all household tasks as well as personal care. The client has a strong interest in interior design and flowers. Please note that the client smokes indoors, so it is important that you are not allergic to smoke.

Who are you?

You should be a confident and responsible person. As an assistant, it is important that you are perceptive and understand the client's needs. Relevant experience in personal assistance or other care-related roles is an advantage. Only female applicants according to the client's wishes.

About the role

Working hours are 21:00–10:00 with a 4-hour sleeping on-call shift, and day shifts from 10:00–21:00. We prefer that you have another job or are studying, as this is solely a substitute position where you can step in when needed. There is also an opportunity to work as a substitute for other clients in Norrort.

The position includes documentation, so it is important that you can formulate yourself well in Swedish and are comfortable using a computer for daily reporting. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is essential to understand, communicate, and maintain documentation for our clients.
