Akademiskt primärvårdscentrum (APC) has an overarching research, education, and development mandate for primary care in Region Stockholm. APC and the three university health centers Jakobsberg, Gustavsberg, and Liljeholmen constitute the primary care university healthcare unit (USV) and are an important part of the new organization for knowledge management nationally and regionally. The operations are based on a network organization where the majority of our employees have their primary employment in clinical primary care activities. Description

Akademiskt primärvårdscentrum (APC) is a leading actor in R&D in primary care. We are now looking for a driven and structured administrator for the AT/ST unit.

The AT and ST unit is responsible for organization, education, coordination, and quality assurance within physicians' specialist training in general medicine (ST), basic service (BT), and the general medicine part of physicians' general practice (AT). This also includes coordinating courses for training physicians and supervisors.

Responsibilities

This is an administrative position where you will collaborate closely with study directors for AT/ST/BT physicians in primary care. You will work with training physicians' courses, supervisor courses, answer and handle questions via the functional mailbox, and handle invoices in our billing system Raindance.

To fit the role, you need to have a structured approach to work and enjoy working both independently and in teams. You take responsibility for tasks from start to finish and have good communication and collaboration skills. The work is varied with opportunities for development depending on competence and the organization's needs. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of primary care
  • Relevant work experience in the field
  • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
  • Previous experience of invoice handling, e.g., in the Raindance system
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other relevant administrative programs

Conditions

Permanent employment. Interviews may take place continuously during the application period.

The position will be filled provided it does not need to be reserved for internal relocation, according to current regulations.

In patient-related work within Stockholm County Council:

  • Register control is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register control at employment.
  • Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment examination according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
  • Swedish professional license is required, in addition to good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
