Welcome to us

Rio Care and Residential Facility is aimed at people with dementia or those who, for physical reasons, need care and support around the clock. Rio has a total of 88 apartments (with 90 places) distributed over six floors. Three floors are somatically oriented, two floors are dementia-oriented, and one floor is oriented towards people needing short-term care.

The facility is located at Gärdet, close to green areas and with good transport connections. Rio Care and Residential Facility conducts systematic quality work and operates from a salutogenic approach, focusing on residents and their relatives. The facility offers a rich range of activities, both group and individual.

Your role

As a Staffing Coordinator/Administrator, you will have one direct manager but will support two additional managers as needed. In the role of Housing Coordinator, you will act as the "hub" in the operation. You are responsible for scheduling and staffing in the short and long term, assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new staff. You will handle call-offs based on existing agreements, manage direct procurements, and be responsible for permissions in various IT systems.

Your skills and experience

For the position, you need:

• University College degree with a focus on administration
• Education or documented experience in labor law, LAS (Swedish Employment Protection Act), ATL (Collective Agreement for Municipal Employees), and staffing economics
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in care and elderly care as nursing staff and in staffing
• Experience with systems such as Parasol, Paraply-systemet, Medvind, Lisa-självservice, Agresso
