Grow as we Grow! Do you want to take broad and operational overall responsibility for HR in one of the fastest-growing service groups in the Nordics? We are now looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who, with confidence and independence, drives the full range of traditional HR work – from executive support to negotiations, salary mapping, and more. You will become a key player in our HRBP team and have the opportunity to gradually take greater responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and developing the team's ways of working.

About Hemfrid & KEYTO Group

Hemfrid is Sweden's leading company in home-based services and is a central company within the KEYTO Group. The group brings together some of the strongest service companies in the Nordics in home services, with over 4,500 employees in Sweden and the UK. This includes among others Hemfrid, Hemfixarna, GreenThumb, Veterankraft, Servly, and Enspecta, all with the ambition to develop the service experience of the future through innovation, entrepreneurship, and high quality.

We are on an exciting growth journey where we are constantly growing both organically and through acquisitions, together with driven employees and strong entrepreneurial cultures. We are looking for you who, together with us, want to enable the company and colleagues to develop and grow in an expansive environment.

About the role

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will become a central part of Hemfrid's HRBP team and report to the HR Manager. You will work closely with our managers and leadership with the full range of operational and strategic HR work and take clear overall responsibility for the processes and issues that drive the business forward.

The role is both operational and strategic and suits you who thrive working broadly and independently through all traditional HR processes. You will be part of the Operations Leadership Group (LGO), where you contribute with both an HR perspective and business understanding. In the role, you also function as a mentor and support for our more junior HR Business Partners and HR Admin.

In the role, you will among other things:

  • Provide qualified leadership and executive support to both the white-collar and blue-collar organizations.
  • Lead and drive negotiations and maintain ongoing contact with our union counterparts.
  • Conduct salary mapping and ensure a fair and sustainable salary structure.
  • Drive and own the salary review process in close collaboration with managers and leadership.
  • Be an active and engaged member of the Operations Leadership Group (LGO).
  • Take an overall view of the annual and overarching HR processes the business must go through.
  • Function as a mentor and competence support for other HRBPs and HR Admin.
  • Contribute to developing and strengthening the HRBP team and our joint ways of working.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are confident, independent, and operationally minded, with a genuine interest in working broadly across the entire HR area. You have extensive experience in independently driving traditional HR processes and thrive in a role where you are both hands-on and contribute with a strategic overall perspective.

You are a skilled relationship builder who moves confidently between leadership forums, manager dialogues, and union negotiations. Ideally, you have previously led a small team of HRBP colleagues and are motivated by developing both people and processes.

We are looking for you who have:

  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar broad and senior HR role.
  • Documented experience in independently driving traditional HR processes such as salary reviews, salary mapping, executive support, and negotiations.
  • Experience working with and handling union counterparts and collective agreement issues.
  • Experience participating in leadership forums and contributing an HR perspective to business decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to link HR to the business's goals.
  • Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent.

It is an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience leading or managing a small HR team.
  • Experience from a fast-growing organization or group environment.
  • Experience working data-driven with HR data and key figures.
