Your responsibilities

In this role, you will become part of the daily work with our customers' finances. You will work closely with experienced colleagues in customer delivery and gradually take on more parts of the economic process. Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Registration of customer and supplier invoices
• Registration and handling of payments
• VAT reporting
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Analysis and quality assurance of customer reporting
• Ongoing customer and firm documentation
• Involvement in annual accounts and income tax returns

In addition, you will support customer assignments and gain insight into many of the questions and tasks that arise in an accounting firm.

Your profile

We believe you thrive best when you can combine structure and precision with human interaction. You enjoy understanding how things fit together, are not afraid to ask questions, and take initiative when you see something that needs to be done.

We would like you to have:

• A good understanding of accounting, regulations, and financial flows
• It is an advantage if you are authorized via SRF or FAR
• Good system proficiency, preferably from Fortnox and Capego
• A bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent education
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken

You do not need to be fully qualified in your role – but you need to be willing to learn, take responsibility, and be part of a team where everyone helps each other.
