Together with Mycronic, Newr is now looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join Mycronic's finance department in Täby. In this role, you will become part of a tight-knit team of three, where collaboration, continuous improvement, and high quality permeate the daily work.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring efficient and high-quality supplier accounts payable processes, while contributing to the further development of working methods and routines. You will work closely with colleagues in Finance, Sourcing, and Warehouse, and maintain ongoing contact with suppliers worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Processing incoming supplier invoices in Medius.
• Accounting and distribution of overhead invoices.
• Three-way matching of goods invoices, including investigating discrepancies in collaboration with the Sourcing and Warehouse departments.
• Contact with suppliers regarding unpaid invoices, statements, and other matters related to accounts payable.
• Processing supplier payments.
• System administration in Medius.
• Contributing to continuous improvements within the Accounts Payable process.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes responsibility for their work, and has a genuine interest in developing efficient financial processes.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• At least five years of experience working within accounts payable.
• Experience with Medius or other electronic invoice flow and approval systems.
• Strong experience with three-way matching.
• Experience from an international organization.
• Ability to collaborate with different functions within the business.
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
• Experience with M3 and/or Medius Procurement is considered a merit.
