Do you want to help shape the development of tomorrow's savings offerings and financial services?

Within Financial Services Business Consulting in Stockholm, we work closely with banks and asset managers to develop the business within Savings & Asset Management Advisory – from strategy to implementation. We support our clients in strengthening their offerings, developing sales and distribution capabilities, and meeting changing customer needs.

We are now looking for an experienced consultant with a clear business drive, industry experience, and the ability to turn strategy into concrete results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategies, business models, and offerings within Savings & Asset Management
• Drive transformation initiatives from analysis to implementation in the savings and investment business
• Develop sales and distribution capabilities, including work targeting premium and advisory segments
• Contribute to innovation and further development of offerings based on customer and market needs
• Identify business opportunities among existing and new customers, and drive growth in line with defined objectives
• Lead and drive transformation projects where AI is applied

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in the financial sector, with a focus on Savings & Asset Management or private banking, as well as consulting experience. Consulting experience is a requirement
• Experience working in transformation projects
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and employees
• Strong ability to link customer insights to business results
• Academic degree from a university or college
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience from savings or asset management operations
• International experience
