To Group Finance, we are now looking for a Group Financial Controller where you will have the opportunity to work broadly, develop, and contribute to a business focused on the business and the human being at its center.

What you will do

As Group Financial Controller, you will be part of the group's finance function with responsibility for group accounting, consolidation, and reporting. Our group consists of businesses operating throughout the value chain, from agriculture, machinery, and bioenergy to food and real estate. We operate in an international environment with headquarters in Sweden, but with operations in over 20 countries. Lantmännen is a company of public interest and thus follows the regulations for listed companies with accounting according to IFRS, but with interim reporting instead of quarterly reporting.

In this role, you will have a central role in the group's consolidation and external reporting, where you work with both interim reports and annual reports. You are responsible for analysis, quality assurance, and implementation of the group's accounting principles, while also contributing to the development and efficiency of working methods. You collaborate closely with our local finance teams and business areas, giving you a good understanding of the business from a group perspective.

The role also includes participation in projects related to various accounting issues, for example during acquisitions and other changes in the group. Sustainability reporting (ESG) is an area in development, where you, based on interest, can engage in issues such as data quality, internal control, and further development of reporting.

Overall, the role gives you broad exposure and valuable insights into a complex and varied business with good opportunities for both professional and personal development.

The position is located at our global headquarters in Stockholm. You will become part of a team of five people within Group Financial Control and report to Director Group Financial Control, Pernilla Crusenborg.

What you need to succeed and thrive

You have:

• Experience in group accounting and consolidation
• Experience from working at a group level or from an audit firm
• Strong skills in Excel
• Basic understanding of IFRS, and preferably experience with consolidation tools (e.g., Cognos Controller)
• Academic education in economics, such as accounting or finance
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
