Are you a structured person with a sense for service and coordination? We are now looking for a project administrator who wants to play an important role at Sweden's Municipalities and Regions, an organization where knowledge development is in focus.

About the position

Perido is now looking for a project administrator for our client, Sweden's Municipalities and Regions (SKR). SKR is a membership and employer organization that represents Sweden's municipalities and regions. Through knowledge, advice, and support, they help their members develop and strengthen the welfare of the country's inhabitants. They influence the government, the parliament, and the EU by proposing how best to develop democracy and welfare.

Working hours are weekdays from 08:00–16:45, with shortened working days until 15:15 on Fridays during the period April 1–September 30. The role offers flexibility to work partly at the office and partly from another location, based on the needs of the business.

The tasks include among other things:

  • meeting administration including writing minutes and providing technical support in, for example, Teams meetings
  • supporting the implementation of both small and large meetings/conferences
  • survey distribution, which includes creating surveys in a survey tool
  • simpler compilations using the Office suite
  • some economy and contract management related to various assignments

You will be offered an introductory period with the opportunity to shadow a colleague for a few weeks for a secure handover.

You are also flexible and thrive in a varied role where you handle several administrative tasks in parallel.

Qualifications (requirements below must be met and clearly stated in CV):

  • High school education
  • Experience working as an administrator
  • Experience handling IT tools for administrative tasks (e.g., for economy management, diary registration, etc.)
  • Experience supporting planning, practical handling, and implementation of both small and large meetings/conferences digitally and physically
  • Experience managing meeting administration (including minutes)
  • Experience using Teams as a work tool
  • Good knowledge and experience working with the Office suite
  • Service-oriented, accommodating, and flexible, and enjoys collaborating in teams with different competencies
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Ability to keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously and handle a sometimes high pace

Meritorious:

  • Good knowledge of using Excel
  • Experience with survey distribution, which includes creating surveys in a survey tool
  • Experience with economy and contract management
  • Experience from the public sector
  • Experience with diary registration
  • Academic degree (e.g., social worker, political science, and economics)
  • Experience working within the social sector

Scope and start date

Full time, consultancy assignment until 2027-08-31, with the possibility of extension until 2027-12-31. Start 2026-09-15.
