Your RoleAs a Partner and System Coordinator, you are a vital link between operations, collaboration partners, and internal support functions to ensure good communication and that collaborations run smoothly in everyday life. You support operations in matters concerning routines, working methods, systems, contract interpretation, and reporting, while contributing to the development of efficient processes that create value for patients, operations, and collaboration partners.
You will also play a central role in the administration and development of the systems and working methods used in our collaborations, such as Kuralink, BI reports, intranet, and internal integrations. The role involves many contact surfaces and suits you if you enjoy solving problems, creating structure, and providing professional service.
The position is located at Capio Partner's office in Solna. We work in a hybrid model where you are expected to be in the office approximately 3–4 days a week, with the possibility of working from home for the remaining time. Travel to Capio's operations around Sweden may occur.
Main ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact and support for Capio's operations and collaboration partners in operational matters.
Support operations in matters concerning systems, routines, and working methods related to insurance-funded care.
Administer and further develop system support within our collaborations, such as Kuralink and Power BI.
Contribute to the monitoring of patient volumes, key figures, and reporting.
Coordinate operational issues, deviations, and contribute to continuous improvement work.
Participate in the launch and implementation of new collaborations and ensure efficient processes and working methods.
Contribute to the development of new care pathways, digital solutions, and working methods that strengthen the patient experience and operational efficiency.
We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and service-focused. You thrive in a role with many contact surfaces and find it easy to collaborate with both internal operations and external partners.
You have good system understanding and an interest in how digital tools, data, and clear processes can contribute to more efficient working methods. You work independently, take initiative, and have the ability to create structure and drive issues forward.
QualificationsExperience from the insurance industry or work with insurance-related processes.
Experience from healthcare.
Experience in coordination, support, or administrative roles with many contact surfaces.
Experience in system administration, system management, or work in business-supporting systems.
Experience in reporting or monitoring.
Good system proficiency and interest in digital working methods and data.
Post-secondary education in a relevant field is meritorious but not a requirement.
Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
