We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for an exciting consulting assignment with our client, Siemens. This role is perfect for you if you thrive at the intersection of strategic sourcing and operational recruitment and want to work on attracting the market's top talent for specialist, leadership, and business-critical roles.
About the role
In this role, you will become an integral part of the Siemens Talent Acquisition team, responsible for the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis and search to hiring. You will work both operationally and strategically to identify, attract, and recruit candidates while acting as a consultant to hiring managers throughout the process.
You will work during a period of high recruitment volume, where a proactive approach, good structure, and high quality are crucial. The role involves close collaboration with Talent Acquisition colleagues in the Nordics and various parts of the business.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the entire recruitment process from kickoff meetings to signed offers.
- Identifying and attracting candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant sourcing channels.
- Conducting searches, market mapping, and candidate surveys to build long-term candidate networks.
- Conducting candidate screenings and interviews while ensuring a professional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Providing strategic and operational support to hiring managers on recruitment matters.
- Coordinating interviews, candidate communication, and other administration related to the recruitment process.
- Collaborating with Nordic Talent Acquisition colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and business-close recruitment processes.
Who we think you are
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Research, and who is accustomed to independently driving recruitments from start to finish. You have extensive experience in advanced sourcing and headhunting and are motivated by finding the right competence even for hard-to-fill roles.
You are business-oriented and have a genuine interest in how the right competence contributes to the organization's success. At the same time, you work in a structured manner, build trust quickly, and thrive in a consultative role where you support both candidates and managers.
You are also:
- Experienced in independently driving complete recruitment processes.
- Highly skilled in sourcing, search, and headhunting.
- A communicative relationship builder with a strong ability to create trust.
- Structured, solution-oriented, and accustomed to working at a high pace.
- Adaptable and confident in quickly getting up to speed in new businesses.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience in recruiting within the technology, industrial, or IT sectors is an asset.

This is a full-time consulting assignment starting in August 2026 and running until February 2027. The assignment is located in Solna, and you will be employed by us at OnePartnerGroup while working at our client's site.
