We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional for our client in Solna. This is a consultancy assignment through us at The Place, starting on August 31, 2026, and initially lasting for six months.

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional for an exciting consultancy assignment where you will become an important part of a Nordic Talent Acquisition team. You will work with recruiting both specialist and leadership roles as well as other business-critical positions, while building long-term talent pools and acting as an advisor to hiring managers.

In this role, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis to the appointed candidate. You work proactively to identify and attract the right competence and ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Your main responsibilities

• Drive recruitment processes from start to finish
• Proactive search and sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant channels
• Conduct market mapping and identify talents for future and business-critical needs
• Conduct screening, phone interviews, and candidate assessments
• Provide strategic and operational support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate interviews and ensure professional candidate communication
• Collaborate closely with colleagues within Talent Acquisition and the business to ensure high quality in the recruitment work

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or Executive Search
• Has extensive experience in search and headhunting
• Is accustomed to independently driving recruitment processes from requirement profile to employment
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is used to delivering high quality even when multiple processes are running in parallel
• Previous experience in recruitment within technology, industry, or IT is an advantage
